FirstVet is an online service which enables customers to have a live video consultation via their phone, for help with their pet when they need it.

Already successfully established in the Nordics, MHG was responsible to localise and strengthen the brand proposition for the target UK demographic. Our work involved the creation of a research document, brand dialogue testing piece, all online and hard copy creative and image selection & execution (including video, social media creative, logo animation and brand enhancement).
