Creating a compelling, insightful and engaging campaign for home users

Utilising a wealth of amassed IT & consumer behavioural experience our brief from LG was to concept, create and manage a seasonal campaign to clearly explain the benefits and incentives for adoption of renewable heating solutions.

A leading energy solutions manufacturer, LGs technology is unquestionable but the need to clearly split out key facts and present these in an engaging way, in a variety of formats and mediums, and track results, called on us to unwind our full service project management, creative, industry and channel experience.


Developing creative from scratch and working within existing in-house CRM systems, we crafted a multi-phase, targeted campaign to deliver results.

From social media platform planning and supply, to dedicated EDM creation and creative, our in-house teams ran and managed a dual trade and end user campaign to push and pull demand for LG technology solutions.




Dynamic Mediums & Content Creation

In addition to a free play on creative, we helped build animated content for online delivery and execution.



Sharing the key benefits of renewable energy usage is critical to help us all understand our own environmental responsibilities and impact. Furthermore, having to engage and attract installers and specifiers to the opportunities and features LG has available was key to the broader ongoing impact and success of this high value, high reward campaign.
